Why Tristar EM: As a Nashville native who rose through the ranks from combat medic to U.S. Army Captain, I was drawn to the high-acuity clinical training at TriStar Skyline’s Level I Trauma Center and the rich procedural volume across multiple Nashville sites. The opportunity to grow as a physician leader within a young, dynamic ACGME-accredited program as part of HCA Healthcare felt like the right environment to sharpen my skills while contributing meaningfully to the program’s development. Most importantly, staying in the city that raised me allows me to remain connected to my family, support system, and the community I’m committed to serving.
